A RESOLUTION APPROVING FUNDING TO THE MID-AMERICA REGIONAL
COUNCIL TO ASSIST IN UPDATING THE MARC/APWA MANUAL OF BEST
PRACTICES FOR STORMWATER QUALITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Aldermen approves funding participation in the amount of$2,500.00
to the Mid-America Regional Council for its work in updating the MARC/APWA Manual of
Best Practices for Stormwater Quality for use by the city; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, City Administrator, and the Finance Director are
authorized to execute all documents and take such actions as any of them may deem necessary or
advisable in order to carry out and perform the purposes of this Resolution, and the execution or
taking of such action shall be conclusive evidence of such necessity or advisability.
PASSED,. AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
