A RESOLUTION SELECTING THE PROPOSAL OF SMART PRO TECHNOLOGIES
LLC FOR THE FIREWALUGATEWAY/SECURITY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Aldermen selects the proposal of Smart Pro Technologies LLC for
the Firewall/Gateway/Security Project, subject to executing an agreement to be approved by the
Board of Aldermen for a 5 year subscription in an amount not to exceed $159,027.66 for firewall
network security/support, active deep packet inspection and VPN access, all in conformity with
the request for proposal's scope of work. City staff is directed to negotiate an agreement with
this company to be presented to the Board of Aldermen for approval; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, and other appropriate City
officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or
convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver
for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements, and other documents, as
may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, the
