A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING ANDREW POTTER TO THE PARK BOARD OF
RIVERSIDE MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Park Board provides for the appointment
of seven (7) citizen members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the reappointment of Andrew Potter who
was appointed to fulfill the unexpired term of William Bray, which expired May 2022, and now
is reappointed for a four year term which will expire May 2026, or until a successor is duly
appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve
and ratify such reappointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Andrew Potter, Ward III, 3605 NW 50'h Rd, Riverside, Missouri; is hereby
appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the Park Board
to fulfill a four year term expiring in May 2026, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of
the City of Riverside, Missouri, the 21st day of June 2022.
