A RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING ELAINE WARREN TO THE PARK BOARD OF RIVERSIDE
MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Park Board provides for the appointment of
seven (7) citizen members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the re-appointment of Elaine Warren to her
third full term, expiring in May 2025, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and
ratify such appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the re-appointment of Elaine Warren, Ward II, 5014 NW Woodside Dr., Riverside
Missouri; is hereby reappointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member
of the Park Board to a third term for four years and expiring in May 2025, or until a successor is
duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 21st day of June 2022.
