A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING FRANK BIONDO TO THE PLANNING & ZONING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Planning & Zoning Commission is set forth in
the City Code and provides for the appointment of nine (9) Planning & Zoning Commission citizen
members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to re-appoint Frank Biondo to the Planning and Zoning
Commission, to a four (4) year term expiring in May 2026, or until a successor is duly appointed;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and
ratify such re-appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Frank Biondo. Ward III, 3706 NW South Drive, Riverside Missouri; is hereby
appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the Planning &
Zoning Commission extending his term through May 2026, or until a successor is duly appointed;
and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the Mayor of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, the 21st day of June 2022.
