Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen
during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non.
spend items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda
item which has a Public Neutrino should be reserved until the Public Heading is opened and comments on such item will be
taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion Is required to remove an item from Me Consent Agenda.

R-2023.003: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF
THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023
WEEKS ENDING JANUARY 6TH AND JANUARY 13TH IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,146,373.33. Point of Contact: Finance Director Erika Benitez.
R-2023-004: A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 10 TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH CROSSLAND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR ADDITIONS &
RENOVATIONS RIVERSIDE PUBLIC SAFETY RESULTING IN A REVISED CONTRACT
AMOUNT OF $4,859,389.01 FOR SUCH PURPOSES. Point of Contact: Capital

a) First Reading: Bill No. 2023-002: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS TO ANIXTER POWER
SOLUTIONS FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3910 NW
HELENA ROAD, SUITE 100. Point of Contact: Community Development Director

2. First Reading: Bill No. 2023-003: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR LAND LOCATED AT 4405 NW GATEWAY AVE., RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE. Point of Contact: Community Development Director Mike Duffy.
3. R-2023-005: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH LANGUAGE LINES
SERVICES, INC. Point of Contact: Police Chief Chris Skinrood.
4. R-2023-006: A RESOLUTION APPROVING BID NO: B241099 AND PURCHASE OF
APPLIANCES FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY RENOVATION. Point of Contact: Capital

5. R-2023-007: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FURNITURE FOR
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FROM DREAMSEAT, LLC OFF THE GSA AND TIPS
PURCHASING CONTRACTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,435.25 FOR THE PUBLIC
