enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation, If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda, No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.

2. First Reading: Bill No. 2023-013: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT
OF SHAWN RULON AS A FULL-TIME FIREFIGHTER/MEDIC IN THE FIRE
