A RESOLUTION APPROVING UPDATED ENGAGEMENT TERMS WITH
WILLIAMS & CAMPO, P.C.
Whereas, the Missouri State Tax Commission has certified an inflationary increase of
6.5% for the year ending December 2022; and
Whereas, the parties desire to update the compensation amount by 5% to account for this
recent inflationary increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
The Board of Aldermen hereby approves updated engagement terms for Paul A. Campo of
Williams & Campo, P.C. in that compensation for provision of City Attorney services shall be
$6,516 per month, exclusive of any litigation matters or development incentive matters that may
arise. The updated terms become effective for services rendered starting July 1, 2023.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri
