R-2023-110 A RESOLUTION APPROVING TASK ORDER NUMBER 6 WITH RENAISSANCE INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTING, INC. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Riverside Board of Aldermen hereby approves Task Order Number 6 by and between the City of Riverside and Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting, Inc., in substantially the form attached hereto, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the Task Order Number 6 on behalf of the City, and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized, and FURTHER THAT this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. R se ATTEST: Robin Kincaid, City Clerk Task Order Number 6 For Engineering Services This Task Order is entered into as of the / 3� day of 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting, Inc., Kansas corporation having an office at 5015 NW Canal St, Riverside, Missouri 64150 (the "Consultant") and the City of Riverside, Missouri, a Missouri municipal corporation (the "City"). WHEREAS, the City has engaged Consultant to provide engineering services pursuant to the Agreement for Engineering Services dated December 15, 2020 pursuant to which the City may task the Consultant to provide additional professional engineering services on a project - specific basis by acknowledging a separate Task Order. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants between the parties and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged by the parties, they agree as follows: 1. Incorporation of Base Agreement. This Task Order is subject to all terms and conditions contained in the Agreement for Engineering Services dated December 15, 2020, that are not inconsistent with the specific terms contained herein, and the Agreement for Engineering Services dated December 15, 2020, between the parties is incorporated herein as if set forth in full by this reference. 2. Scope of Services. The Scope of Services pursuant to this Task Order are as contained in Exhibit A. 3. Term. Consultant shall begin work pursuant to this Task Order No. 6 upon its Effective Date and shall continue until the Drone Survey of the Riverside Amphitheater project, approximately 150 acres, Project 626-220 ("Project"), is completed as evidenced by final acceptance of the Project by the City. 4. Compensation. Unless compensation is set forth in this Task Order, compensation shall be as provided in the Agreement for Engineering Services dated December 15, 2020, between the parties. 5. Project Schedule. Rose Title: Mayor Dated: G�U Name: Brian Koral Title: City Administrator Date: Exhibit A to Task Order 6 Scope of Services for Drone Survey for Riverside Amphitheater Project Site Project (626-220) Task 101: Drone Survey The Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Photogrammetric Mapping and image acquisition would be conducted with a DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 having a 20MP image sensor. The UAS flight would be conducted adhering to all Federal, State, and local government laws, rules, and regulations. The UAS image acquisition flight would be flown at a height Above Ground Level (AGL) of 350 feet producing 1.3" pixel high resolution imagery, which will provide excellent visualization of the existing surface features. The imagery will be processed with Agisoft's Metashape Photogrammetric software producing a Dense Point Cloud in LAS file format and a single Ortho-rectified Orthomosaic Image of the entire site. The limits of the aerial survey will be the center of Horizons Parkway to the East, the North line will be approximately 600 feet south of the intersection of NW 41 st Street and Horizons Parkway, and the Westerly and Southerly sides will be bounded by the Missouri Levee and the near shoulder of the southbound entrance to Interstate Highway No. 635. The Dense Point Cloud LAS file will be imported into AutoCAD ReCAP software for generation of a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of the ground surface with 1 foot contour intervals. Approximately One Hundred (100) Ground Control Points (GCP's) will be established and located to provide mapping accuracies meeting and/or exceeding standard's to 1 foot contour intervals. Direct Expenses: Including mileage, printing, long distance, overnight delivery services, and duplication. These expenses will be billed on project percent complete basis.
