BOARD OF ALDERMEN

The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside. Missouri. on Friday.
August 4, 2023.
Mayor Pro Tem Jill Beck called the meeting to order at 11:03 a.m. Those in attendance were,
Mayor Pro Tem Jill Beck and Aldermen Rob Milner. Steve Palma, and Nathan Cretsinger. (All
present by Zoom)
Mayor Kathy Rose and Aldermen Cockrell and Draut were absent.
Also present were Acting City Administrator Erika Benitez, City Clerk Robin Kincaid, City
Planner Sarah Wagner. Special Counsel Jennifer Fain attended by Zoom.
MOTION TO ENTER INTO
CLOSED @ 11:04 A.M.
MOTION TO ADJOURN

MOTION TO ADJOURN
Alderman Cretsinger moved to enter closed session pursuant to
RSMo 610.021 (1) Legal Action and litigation, and RSMo
610.021 (2) Leasing, Purchase, or sale of real estate, second by
Alderman Milner.
Yes: Cretsinger, Milner, Palma, and Beck.
Motion carried 4-0.
Alderman Milner moved at 11:08 a.m. to adjourn closed session
with action taken, second by Alderman Palma.
Yes: Milner, Palma, Beck. and Cretsinger.
Motion carried 4-0.
Alderman Cretsinger moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:08 a.m.,
second by Alderman Milner.
Yes: Cretsinger, Milner, Palma, and Beck.
Motion carried 4-0.
