Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed 610.021(9) Preparation, including any discussions or work product, on behalf of a public governmental body or its representatives for negotiations with employee groups. 610.021(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining employee or applicant for employment 2. REGULAR SESSION (7:00 p.m.) Call to Order Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Public Comments - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non - agenda items However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes LEGISLATIVE SESSION 1. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda Approval of minutes for November 21, 2023. R-2023-166: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 WEEKS ENDING NOVEMBER 24th AND DECEMBER 1ST IN THE AMOUNT OF $211,664.85. R-2023-167: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A DODGE 2024 POLICE DURANGO FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT THROUGH LANDMARK DODGE OFF THE MID AMERICA REGIONAL COUNCIL GOVERNMENT BID FOR COOPERATIVE FLEET PRICING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $57,100.00.
