HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-2023-171 Approving Amendment to Agreement WSKF, Inc for Architectural Services RESOLUTION NO. R-2023-171 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH WSKF, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RESULTING IN A REVISED AGREEMENT AMOUNT OF$310,636.00 FOR SUCH PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City of Riverside ("City") entered an agreement for services for the Riverside Public Safety - Fire Renovation and Police Addition (Project No. 537-086) ("Project") on April 5th, 2021; and WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen finds that it is in the best interest of the City to approve the amendment to the agreement with WSKF, Inc., resulting in a total revised contract amount not to exceed $310,636.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS: THAT the amendment to the agreement between the City and WSKF, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City. The resulting revised total agreement amount shall not exceed $310,636.00. FURTHER THAT the Mayor, City Administrator, and all other required city officials are authorized to take such other actions and/or execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents as may be deemed necessary or convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution.
