SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Wednesday, May 15, 2024
3:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the Board
of Aldermen Chambers at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on
Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m. Those in attendance were, Mayor
Kathy Rose, (All Aldermen by Zoom) Aldermen Jill Beck, Dawn Cockrell, Jason Draut, Rob
Milner, and Staci Bundy.
Alderman Steve Palma was absent.
Also present were City Administrator Brian Koral, Community Development Director Mike
Duffy, City Clerk Robin Kincaid, and Special Counsel Joe Bednar(by Zoom).
MOTION TO AMEND Alderman Milner moved to amend the agenda by adding a motion
to approve temporary caterer's liquor license, second by Alderman
Beck.
Yes: Milner, Beck, Draut, Bundy, and Cockrell.
Motion carried 5-0.
LIQUOR LICENSE Alderman Cockrell moved to approve a temporary catering liquor
Levy Premium Foodservices license to Levy Premium Foodservices, LP for a KC Current event
on May 18 and May 19, 2024 at the University of Kansas Health
System Training Center, 1 Teal Rising Way, Riverside, Missouri,
second by Alderman Beck.
Yes: Cockrell, Beck, Milner, Draut, and Bundy.
Motion carried 5-0.
MOTION TO ENTER INTO Alderman Beck moved to enter closed session pursuant to
CLOSED @ 3:04 P.M. RSMo 610.021 (1) Legal Action and litigation, second by
Alderman Draut.
Yes: Beck, Draut, Cockrell, Bundy, and Milner.
Motion carried 5-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Beck moved at 3:10 p.m. to adjourn closed session
CLOSED @ 3:10 P.M. with action taken, second by Alderman Milner.
Yes: Beck, Milner, Cockrell, Draut, and Bundy.
Motion carried 5-0.

MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Milner moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:11 p.m.,
second by Alderman Draut.
Yes: Milner, Draut, Cockrell, Bundy, and Beck.
Motion carried 5-0.
