610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where
public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore

taken at that time Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.

CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented There is no separate discussion of these
items The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda
Approval of minutes for November 19, 2024. -
R-2024-129: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF
THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025
WEEKS ENDING NOVEMBER 22ND AND NOVEMBER 29TH IN THE AMOUNT OF

R-2024-130: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A MOBILE LICENSE

R-2024-131: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A FIXED MOUNTED
LICENSE PLATE READER CAMERA SYSTEM. Point of Contact: Police Chief Chris

First Reading: Bill No. 2024-074: AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 342.070 TO THE
CITY CODE PERTAINING TO THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHOUT AN
IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE. Point of Contact: Police Chief Chris Skinrood.
2. First Reading: Bill No. 2024-075: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT
OF MILDRED HENDERSON AS A PART-TIME FRONT DESK ASSISTANT IN THE
COMMUNITY CENTER DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START
DATE FOR SUCH EMPLOYEE. Point of Contact: HR Manager Amy Strough.
3. First Reading: Bill No. 2024-076: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY
OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI TO KC WFC TRAINING, LLC, AND AUTHORIZING OTHER
DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS RELATED THERETO. Point of Contact: Community
