and its attorneys
610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where
public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
610.021 (12) Sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals &
documents relate to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected.

enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda.
