PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City of Riverside desires to develop recommendations for improving the operation to
meet current and future growth of the existing Public Works facilities and site. This project
will consist of all necessary activities to create test fits of the proposed program from Task
1 on the existing site, development of a concept equating to 33% Schematic Design,

SCOPE OF SERVICES

program defined in the task 1 deliverable and adjust as necessary.

Riverside PW leadership and staff understand the design. After feedback, the
Consultant would develop a Concept Design Pricing Package that would
include Architectural plans and digital imagery, in addition to Civil sketches,
MEP narrative, Structural narrative, and Landscape sketches.
