A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JENNIFER HANLON TO THE PLANNING & ZONING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Planning & Zoning Commission is set forth in
the City Code and provides for the appointment of nine (9) Planning & Zoning Commission citizen
members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, Frank Biondo was appointed to the Planning & Zoning Commission in 2018
and his term was expiring in May 2026, or until a successor was duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, Frank Biondo has resigned from the Planning & Zoning Commission and
there is a need to fill the vacancy created by such resignation; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to appoint Jennifer Hanlon to the position vacated by Frank
Biondo on the Planning and Zoning Commission, to the remainder of the term expiring in May
2026 and extending the term through May 2030, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and
ratify such appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Jennifer Hanlon, Ward III, 5005 NW High Drive Terrace, Riverside Missouri; is
hereby appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the
Planning & Zoning Commission to the remainder of the term ending in May 2026 and extending
her term through May 2030, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, the
15th day of April 2025.
