A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LAURA FELLOWS TO THE BOARD OF ZONING
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Riverside Board of Zoning Adjustment provides for the
appointment of five (5) citizen members by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen;
and
WHEREAS, the service of the members of the board is a five (5) year term with no term
limits; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of Laura Fellows to fulfill a five-
year term expiring in February 2030, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the city to approve and
ratify such appointment as proposed by the Mayor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the appointment of Laura Fellows, Ward I, 2430 NW Riverview Drive, Riverside
Missouri; is hereby appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of
the Board of Zoning Adjustment Board to fulfill a five-year term expiring in February 2030, or until a
successor is duly appointed; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri, the
15th day of April 2025.
