Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610 021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys 610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed 610.021(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employee or applicant for employment. 2. R-2025-073: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 WEEKS ENDING MAY 9T" AND MAY 16T" IN THE AMOUNT OF $496,264.80. R-2025-074: A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES TO KAIZON SOLUTIONS (FORMERLY - TOWN & COUNTRY BUILDING SERVICES) AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT for 2025-2026 IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF SUCH SERVICES. R-2025-077: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH CONVERGINT TECHNOLOGIES LLC FOR ELECTRONIC SECURITY SITE DISCOVERY SERVICES, APPROVING A SUPERSEDING ADDENDUM TO SAID AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED THERETO. First Reading: Bill No. 2025-043: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF ADAM WAGNER AS A FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START DATE FOR SUCH EMPLOYEE.
