AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENTS OF CERTAIN PERSONS AS
MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND SETTING THE
TERMS THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The re-appointment of Al Bowman and Harold Snoderley to serve a
five year term expiring May 19, 2014, as citizen representatives from Ward I.
SECTION 2: The appointment of Steven Kaspar to serve a four year term expiring
May 19, 2013, as a citizen representative from Ward II.
SECTION 3: The re-appointment of Stephen King to serve a four year term expiring
on May 19, 2013, as a citizen representative from Ward III.
SECTION 4. The re-appointment of Barbara Snyder as Chairman to serve a three
year term expiring on May 19, 2012, as a citizen representative from Ward III.
