610.021 (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any
confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives
and its attorneys
610.021 (2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where
public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
610.021 (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting a particular employee, when personal information
about the employee is discussed
610 .021(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining
employee or applicant for employment.

Public Comments -Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen
during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non-
agenda items . However , any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda
item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and comments on such item will be
taken at that time . Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
1. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented . There is no separate discussion of these
items . The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda . No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda .

R-2025-153: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE
CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 WEEKS
ENDING SEPTEMBER 26TH, AND OCTOBER 3RD IN THE AMOUNT OF $653,165.96. Point of
Contact: Finance Director Erika Benitez.
R-2025-154: A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE HORIZONS PARKWAY AND
MUSIC BOULEVARD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND CUSTOM LIGHTING SERVICES LLC DBA BLACK
AND MCDONALD FOR SUCH PROJECT. Point of Contact: Parks and Special Projects

R-2025-155: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING RIGHT OF WAY AND A
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM MARY CAROL KING TSEVIS A/KIA

OF MATTHEW NEELEY AS A FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER IN THE PUBLIC
WORKS DEPARTMENT AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND START DATE FOR
