Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor an members of the Board of Aldermen during Public
Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non -
agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on
any agenda item which has a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened and
comments on such item will be taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes

CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be
enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these
items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the
Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of
the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent
Agenda.

HANDBOOK TO UPDATE THE SECTION RELATING TO THE MISSOURI LOCAL
