Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021 (1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys . 610.021(2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor. 610 .021(3) Hiring , firing, disciplining,. or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed. 610.021 (13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment. 2. Public comment on any agenda item that includes a Public Hearin g should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened; comments on such item will be taken at that time. There is no separate discussion of these items . The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation . If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. 1.
