Minutes of Regular Meeting
Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri
November 16,1999
A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri was held in
the City Hall of Riverside, Missouri on November 16,1999.
Those in attendance were Mayor Ed Rule, Aldermen Ron Super, Pamela Darata, Brenda
Teters, Betty Burch, George Flaws and Ray Beard.
Also present were Ann Daniels, City Administrator, Louise Rusick, City Clerk, Chief Wylie
Simpson, Public Works Director, Larry Meyer and City Attorney, Steve Crystal.

Comments by the public: Mr. Poe, 3002 NW Florence, Riverside, Mo. asked if the old Permits
apply, and Ann Daniels said they would.
Public Hearing Closed Mayor Rule closed the Public Hearing at 7:40 p.m.
Introduction of Guests Ann recognized Girl Scout Troop #814 with leader, Carolyn Benson

Approval to issue temp- Alderman Beard moved to approve issuance of an occupational

Alderman Burch moved to allow Shane Stewart to operate an auc-

Approval for purchase of Alderman Burch moved to approve the purchase of garland and

City Administrator Report Ann Daniels, City Administrator summarized the report on street
projects from Dick Winner, City Engineer.
She also updated the Board on Hoefer,Wysocki Architects

reconvened.

pursuant to RSMO 610.021(1) discussion of legal issues with the City
Attorney, seconded by Alderman Beard, the vote was:
