SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Saturday, November 8, 2025
10:30 a.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the
J. Taylor Memorial Training Room at 2990 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri, on
Saturday, November 8, 2025.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kathy Rose called the meeting to order at 10:48 a.m.
ROLL CALL
The City Administrator called the roll. In attendance were
aldermen Dawn Cockrell, Steve Palma, Jill Beck, and Staci
Bundy. A quorum was present.
Also present were City Administrator Brian Koral and Human Resources Manager Amy
Strough.
MOTION TO ENTER
CLOSED @10:49 A.M.
Alderman Beck moved to enter closed session pursuant to
RSMo. 610.021(1) legal action and litigation, and RSMo
610.021(2) leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate, RSMo
610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting a
particular employee, when personal information about the
employee is discussed, and RSMo 610.021(13)
Individually identifiable personnel records, performance
ratings or records pertaining to employee or applicant for
employment, seconded by Alderman Cockrell,
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy.
Motion carried 4-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN
CLOSED @11:10 A.M.
Alderman Cockrell moved to adjourn the dosed session
with action taken at 11:10 a.m.; seconded by Alderman
Bundy.
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy.
Motion carried 4-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN
Alderman Bundy moved to adjourn the special meeting at
11:10 a.m.; seconded by Alderman Palma.
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy
