Motion to enter into CLOSED SESSION for the following matters: 610.021(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. 610.021(2) Leasing, purchase, or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor. 610.021(3) Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting a particular employee, when personal information about the employee is discussed. 610.021(13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment. 2. Motion to adjourn closed session REGULAR SESSION (7:00 p.m.) CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC COMMENTS - Members of the public may address exclusively the Mayor and members of the Board of Aldermen during Public Comments ONLY. This Public Comments time is reserved for citizen comments regarding agenda and non-agenda items. However, any item not listed on the agenda will be taken under advisement. Public comment on any agenda item that includes a Public Hearing should be reserved until the Public Hearing is opened; comments on such item will be taken at that time. Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes. LEGISLATIVE SESSION CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. There is no separate discussion of these items. The Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen may request that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion or explanation. If removed, it will be considered separately following approval of the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. No motion is required to remove an item from the Consent Agenda. Page 1 of 3 1. R-2025-164: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OUT OF THE CITY TREASURY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 WEEKS ENDING NOVEMBER 7TH AND NOVEMBER 14TH IN THE AMOUNT OF $545,134.66. R-2025-165: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF AMMUNITION FROM GULF STATES DISTRIBUTORS FROM THE STATE OF MISSOURI COOPERATIVE PURCHASE CONTRACT. Point of Contact: Finance Director Erika Benitez. 6. R-2025-167: A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SALES CONTRACT WITH CUSTOM CONTAINER LIVING, INC.
