Those is attendance were Mayor Rule, Aldermen Burch, Beard, Darata, Super and Flaws. Absent, Alderman Teters. Also present were Ann Daniels, City Administrator and Louise Rusick, City Clerk. Ann Daniels reports Ann Daniels, City Administrator reported to the Board again that only two (2) applications for the Engineer's position were received and neither had qualifications in Civil Engineering. Ann also said the bid opening for atrcet improvements on Strathbury, St. Joe, Riverside St, Merrimac, Pawnee and 450i St. and storm drainage project would be December 16,1999. In addition, MoDot is fmishing reviewing plans on the Gateway Street project. A Public Hearing will be held sometime after the fast of the year. Recommendation to Alderman Super moved to increase the budget for the new City Hall to increase budget for new $3,650,000 with recommended changes, Option 2 with the basement and City Hall canopies as alternates, seconded by Alderman Burch, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Super, Darata, Beard, Burch and Flaws. Absent: Alderman Teters. Motion carries. Bill No. 99-95 Alderman Flaws moved to place Bill No. 99-95 on its first reading, said Bill Approved authorizing the payment of certain indebtedness as listed therein, seconded by Alderman Burch, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Beard, Darata, Super, Flaws and Burch Absent: Alderman Teters. Motion carries. Ordinance No. 99-95 Alderman Beard moved to place Bill No. 99-95 on its second reading, and Approved upon passage of same become Ordinance No. 99-95, seconded by Alderman Flaws, the vote was: Aye: Aldermen Darata, Super, Flaws, Burch and Beard. Absent: Alderman Teters. Motion carries. Bill No. 99-96 Alderman Super moved to place Bill No. 99-96 on its first reading, said Bill Authorizing the Mayor to authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Intergovernmental agreement with enter into an Intergovern- the Mid-America Regional Coancit Solid Waste Management District to mental Agreement with provide Household Hazardous Waste Management Services to the residents the Mid-Amer.
