of Municipal Codes to include section on Home Occupations
inadvertently omitted from recodification and proposed
amendment to "C-1" General Commercial District Side Yards
to require additional side yard width on a corner lot
5. General Discussion

MEETING NOTICE
Members of the Board of Aldermen and Planning and Zoning Commission
will meet in a Workshop meeting immediately following the regular
meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February
11, 1999, in the Board room at City Hall, 4500 NW High Drive,
Riverside, MO, to continue discussion of a proposed amendment to
Chapter IV: Land Use of the Municipal Codes which would add a
Planned District designation to the codes. The Workshop is open to
the public but discussion will be limited only to board members.
A public hearing to allow public input and comments will be
advertised at a later date.
