3. Approval of Minutes from meeting of March 11, 1999
4. Public Hearing
The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to consider
the following proposed amendments to Chapter IV: Land
Use section of the Municipal Codes as follows:
a. Adding a section creating a Planned District
b. Adding a section defining and listing Home Occupations
c. Amending the setbacks on corner lots in Commercial zones.
5. Public Hearing Closed
6. Discussion and recommendation of the Planning Commission to
the Board of Aldermen concerning each of the three proposed
amendments
7. Announcement for revised date of Public Hearing on same issues
to be held by Board of Aldermen: April 20, 1999.
8. General Discussion
9. Adjournment
