Shane Stewart - Request for Change of Use Permit
from office to Auction Hall for
3,550 sq. ft. to be used to conduct
public auctions in the building
at 4301 NW Gateway, owned by Pat Casey
Shane Stewart - Request for Change of Use Permit
from office to Retail Grocery for
700 sq. feet to be used for monthly
retail sale of groceries located in the
building at 4301 NW Gateway, owned by
Pat Casey.
5. Continuation of Public Hearing concerning amending Sections
of Chapter 405.General Provisions and Chapter 430. Sign
Regulations of Title IV, Land Use, of the Municipal Code for
the City of Riverside by repealing certain current provisions
and enacting provisions pertaining to sign regulations
governing size, lighting, spacing, location, and other
requirements of new signs in designated zoning districts as
well as definitions for sign types located therein, and
billboard regulations governing height, size, lighting,
spacing, location, and other requirements and the special use
permit process thereof.
6. Recommendation to Board of Aldermen concerning proposed
amendments stated above.
