NOW, THEREFORE, in the event Principal shall pay the prevailing hourly rate of wages
for each craft or type of worker required to execute the Work required by the Contract Documents
described in the Agreement in the locality as dctennined by the Department of Labor and Industrial
Relations of Missouri or by fina1 judicial detennination pursuant to the provisions of Sections
2Q0.0JO to 290.340 and 290.550 through 290.580. inclusive. of the Revised Statutes of Missouri,
and shall timely pay to the proper parties alJ amounts due for material, machinery, equipment and
tools, consumed or used in connection with the construction of such Work, and all insurance
premiums, workers' compensation. and all other kinds of .insurance, on such Work, and for all
labor perfonned in such Work whether by Principal, Subcontractor, or otherwise, then this
obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect, and the same may be sued on at
the instance of any Subcontractor, material supplier. laborer, mechanic, or other interested party,

in the name of the City ofRivetside, to the use of such parties, for any breach of the considerations
hereof.
Surety hereby stipulates and agrees that no change, extension of time, alteration or addition
to the tenns of the Contract Documents or to the Work to be performed thereunder shall in any
wise affect its obligation on this Bond, and it does hereby waive notice of any such change,
extension of time, alteration or addition to the terms of the Contract Documents or to the Work .
