ORDINANCE N0. 86-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDER OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Appendix "A" of Section 13.305 of the Zoning
Order is hereby amended in add the following classifications of
permitted uses within the Light Industrial District, to-wit:
1. Dry Ice Retail & Wholesale
2. Delivery and Freight Services
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to make the
requisite changes in the Zoning Order.
