AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 4th, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the election authority has issued a
certificate of election declaring the results of the November
4th, 1986, General Election to be as follows:
"Shall the City of Riverside, Missouri, increase sewer
service charges to be in accordance with the surcharge
rates charged the City of Riverside, Missouri, by the
City of Kansas City, Missouri, and levy future sewer
charge increases as may be needed to meet the surcharge
increases charged to the City of Riverside, Missouri, by
the City of Kansas City, Missouri, all as provided by
the Reciprocal Sewer Contract of July 20, 1965?"

Section 2. The election authority has issued a certificate
of election and said duly elected officers of the City do ratify the election.
