INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF PLATTE,
MISSOURI.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Industrial Development Authority of
the County of Platte, Pissouri, (.the "Authority"), has
approved a project for ELCA Enterprises, Inc., a corporation
(the "Company"), to be located at Riverside Business Park,
Riverside, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, Section 349.010, RSMo. Supp. 1980, re-
quires that a project of an industrial development authority
of a county may be located within the incorporated limits of
a municipality within such county, when approved by the
governing body of the municipality;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen
of Riverside, Dissouri, that the Board of Aldermen does hereby
consent to and approve the financing of the project by the
Authority.
This Resolution shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
