BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF RIVERSIDE-QUINDARO BEND LEVEE DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Riverside-Quindaro Bend Levee District of Platte County,
Missouri, will conduct a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at noon at the Levee
District Office, 4330 Belgium Blvd., Riverside, Missouri. The tentative agenda of the meeting is
as follows:

4. City of Riverside Items/Matters
a. Proposed VIP transportation between Argosy Casino and Live Nation —

5. Levee District Engineer's Report: (see next page for note taking)

a. Discussion on pricing of renewed tractor lease
8. February Board Meeting date - February 18, 2026
9. Approve Minutes of December 10, 2025 Board meeting
10. Approve and pay bills (Engineer, Legal, Accounting and Audit)

a. Presentation of Annual Audit - Kenney Hales, CPA, PC
b. Proposed Transportation Project (City of Riverside)
c. Briarcliff Development Company — approve abatement of Levee District
taxes, together with all penalties and interest, on the property for the
2025 tax year
d. UMB Incumbency Certificate —approve for Jeff Goodwin and Zach
Hubbard to sign
