TO ELECT SUPERVISOR OF THE
RIVERSIDE-QUINDARO BEND LEVEE DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that an annual meeting of the owners of real estate, or other property, situate
in the Riverside-Quindaro Bend Levee District of Platte County, Missouri, a public corporation,
will be held at the Levee District office, 4330 Belgium Blvd., Riverside, Platte County, Missouri,
on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 12:00 noon for the purpose of electing one supervisor who
shall hold office for five years or until his successor is elected and qualified.
A landowner may attend the annual meeting in person or may give a duly executed and
acknowledged proxy to a designated individual to represent the landowner at the annual meeting
and vote on behalf of the landowner on all "matters presented at the meeting, including the election
of one member to the Board of Supervisors. The proxy must be presented and submitted to the
Board of Supervisors at the meeting.
