A BILL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ADJUST THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYEE'S
MONTHLY SALARY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS.
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to adjust
the following employee's monthly salary:
Section 2. Longevity--Third Anniversary
1. Phyllis Arndt -- 1% of base monthly pay: Monthly Pay shall now
be: $991.58
Section 3. Semi-Annual Merit Adjustment:
1. Anne Lenning--2°k increase of base monthly pay. Monthly pay shall
now be: $1,081.66
2. William Palmer--1% increase of base monthly pay. Monthly pay shall
now be: $1,514.50.
3. Doyle Odom--1°~ increase of base monthly pay. Monthly pay shall now
now be: $1,504.40.
Section 4. Semi-Annual &ecrease of Merit Adjustment:
1. Kenneth Soper 2% Decrease of merit adjustment. Monthly pay shall
now be: $1,474.72
2. Steven Loyd--1% Decrease of merit adjustment. Monthly pay shall
now be: $1,463.70
Section 5.Doyle Odom, Semi Annual Merit Adjustment for the time period of
July 1, 1982 through December 31, 1982, 1% of base monthly
pay to be rendered in the total amount of $87.00
Section 6.A11 pay adjustment are to become effective for the pay period
February 1, 1983.
