AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AS LIGHT INDUSTRIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L. The following legal description shall be deleted from Commercial
zoning:
Lot 27, West 60 feet of Lot 28, and all of Lot 36, in RENNER PLAZA No. 2,
except a triangular tract of real estate in the Southeast Corner of Lot 36,
RENNER PLAZA N0. 2, a Subdivison of part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
4, Township 50, Range 33, described as beginning at the Southeast Corner of
said Lot 36, thence West along the South Line of said Section, 390 feet;
thence North 37° 51' 2" East, 633.22 feet to a point in the East Line of
the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said
Section, which point is 500 feet North of the point of beginning, thence
South along said East Line, which is the East Line of said Lot 36, to
the point of beginning, containing 2.238 Acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. The following legal description shall be deemed zoned Light
Industrial:
