AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON THE DEPOSIT AND CREATING
AN ADDITIONAL CITY DEPOSITOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The investment of $300,000.00 in the Landmark K.C.I. Bank -'~
at the rate of 14. percent per annum for the specified time of ninety (90)
days is hereby ratified.
Section 2. The investment of $300,000.00 in the Westport Bank at the
rate of 13.55 percent per annum for the specified time of twelve (12) months
is hereby ratified.
