AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING CERTIFICATE OF SPECIAL ELECTION HELD AUGUST 3, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the election authority has issued a certificate of
election declaring the results of the August 3rd, 1982, special
election to be as follows:
"Shall the office of Marshal be abolished at the end of the term of office of the present elected
Marshal or upon a vacancy in that position."
