ORDINANCE N0. 82-36
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON THE DEPOSIT AND CREATING
AN ADDITIONAL CITY DEPOSITOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The investment of $300,000.00 in the Landmark K.C.I. Bank
at the rate of 8.75 percent per annum for the specified time of ninety (90)
days is hereby ratified.
Section 2. The investment of $300,000.00 in the Metro North State
Bank at the rate of 8.761 percent per annum for the specified time of
ninety (90) days is hereby ratified.
