A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE OF MANAGING OFFICER
OF J & S LIQUORS INC. FROM SCOTT VULGAMOTT TO RONALD FIEDLER.
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The application for change of managing officer of
J & S Liquors Inc. from the present managing officer of Scott
Vulgamott to Ronald Fiedler is approved.
2. The existing package liquor license to J & S Liquors
Inc. may remain in full force and effect.
