DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF PLATTE, MISSOURI.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of the
County of Platte, Missouri has approved a project for ELCA Enterprises,
Inc., a Missouri corporation (the "Company"), which is located in
the City of Riverside, Missouri (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, Section 34q.010, RSMo. Supp, 19$0, requires that
a project of an industrial development authority of a county may
be located within the incorporated limits of a municipality within
such county, when approved by the governing body of the municipality;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, that the Board of Aldermen does hereby
consent to and approve the Project.
This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.
