AiV ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDER OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Zoning Order is hereby amended to add thefollowing described property as Commercial:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township
50, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Brenner
Ridge, a subdivision of land in Platte County, Missouri,
according to the recorded plat thereof with the West right-
of-way line of U.S. Highway Route #71 as now established,
thence West along the North line of said Brenner Ridge
300.00 feet; thence North. along a line 300.00 feet Westerly
of and parallel to the above-mentioned West right-of-way
line to the South line of 47th Terrace; thence East 300.00
feet to the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway Route
#71; thence South along said West right-of-way line to the point of beginning.
