2:00 p.m.
The Board of Directors for Horizons Business Park Association met in session in the Board Room
and via Zoom at City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Rd, Riverside Missouri 64150.
Staci Bundy called the meeting to order at 2 pm. Those in attendance were President Staci
Bundy, Secretary Brent Miles, and Treasurer Al Bowman.
Also present were Community Development Mike Duffy, City Planner Sarah Wagner and
Community Development Admin Rhonda Smith.
NEW BUSINESS Mike noted that the KC Current management team was building a
new hotel at 5006 NW Teal Rising Way. The management team
requested estoppel certificate from the Horizons Business Park
Association which states that there are no outstanding
assessments or charges currently on the property.
Brent Miles made a motion to approve the estoppel certificated
for the hotel project, seconded by Al Bowman.
Yes: Bowman, Bundy, and Miles.
Motion carried 3-0.
Motion carried 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT Brent Miles made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:10 pm,
seconded by Al Bowman.
Yes: Bowman, Bundy, and Miles.
Motion carried 3-0.
