R-2026-025 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STREET LIGHT MODIFICATIONS ON AMPHITHEATER WAY AND APPROVING AN AUTHORIZATION FOR STREET LIGHT CHANGES WITH EVERGY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: THAT the street light additions and modifications described in the attached "Authorization for Street Light Changes" dated February 2, 2026, including the installation of lighting and related components along Amphitheater Way and the associated monthly charges, are hereby approved; and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, City Administrator, City Clerk, and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Authorization for Street Light Changes on behalf of the City and to take such further actions as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Resolution, including coordination with Evergy for installation and billing.
