AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDER OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 13.903 of the Zoning Order is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"13.904 - Legal Description of District 4 - Commercial".
Section 2. Section 13.904 of the Zoning Order is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"13.903 - Legal Description of District 3 - Non Retail
Commercial".
Section 3. The Table of General Use Regulations and Table
of General Bulk Regulations of the Zoning Order are amended to
read as attached hereto and incorporation herein.
