AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON THE TIME DEPOSIT AND
CREATING AN ADDITIONAL CITY DEPOSITOR.
BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE BORAD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The investment of $100,000.00 in the Bank of Riverside,
Riverside, Missouri, at the rate of 11.35%percent per annum for the
specified time of twelve (12) months is hereby ratified.
Section 2. The investment of $100,000.00 in the Metro North State
Bank of Kansas City, Missouri, at the rate 11.685% percent per annum for
the specified time of 180 days is hereby ratified.
Passed this 28th day of October, 1980.
