A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE LIQUOR LICENSE OF TONY'S PIZZA
ISSUED BY THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, notice was served in accordance with law charging
that said business had been discontinued or abandoned without
satisfactory explaining same, and
WHEREAS, both or either of these allegations are cause to
revoke a liquor license, and
WHEREAS, upon hearing on the issues, the Board of Aldermen
acting as Liquor Commission does find by a majority vote that
the allegations in the notice are true;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, THAT:
The liquor license of Tony's Pizza hereby is revoked.
