A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE LIQUOR LICENSE OF THE SILVER FOX ISSUED
BY THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, notice was served in accordance with law charging that said
business had been discontinued or abandoned without satisfactory explaining
same, and
WHEREAS, upon hearing on the issues, the Board of Aldermen acting
as Liquor Commission does find by a majority vote that the allegations in
the notice are true;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, THAT:
The liquor license of Silver Fox is hereby revoked.
